For the fourth time in 3 weeks, email notifications are not getting through.
This is meaning that my members are not getting to know when they have messages or updates.
Also I am not able to easily spot when new members have joined - and so this is causing delays.
Can you sort this please? |

i don't get emails notifying me of members wanting to join ours forum either

Hello simon and Irene! I was almost about to reply to your questions  and then I realized you both have the phpbb boards. I have an ipb board so sorry, I can't really comment on your problems.
I cna say I have not had either problems the two of you are reporting. Again, I have a different type of board. I would just suggest that Irene, make sure you have receive email notifications for new members selected and double check the email addy you have entered. This assumes these options are availbale to you in the ACP.
simon, as far as knowing about new members, does phpbb have the choice of being emailed about new sign-ups? Also, double check the addy you have entered. Not sure if phpbb has the new member validation option. If so, you should be able to see those that are still pending (and be able to approve them) once you log into your ACP.
