I got the following email from the server facility. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Dear Client,
This ticket is to inform you of a pending server migration for relocation of your server from our old DC facility to our new DC Location. We will be using this ticket for all communications regarding the migration process and any support issues directly related to the migration. You may reply directly to this e-mail with any questions or concerns. Please note that we can do servers earlier than the specified date with prior arrangement. We can not delay the move of servers as we must adhere to a specific schedule for the migration.
Please note that this is a maintenance window and although not anticipated the server(s) could be down for the duration of the maintenance time specified below.
