well i fought most of the night to get my backup to load onto new forum. I looked at the mfbb 2.0.20 backup and a backup from my current 2.0.20 forum and im noticing quite a few code differences.
What program was used to make this backup?
phpmyadmin, extreme styles mod, ???? |

I don't know what step you are on, It should work with the default 2.0.20 phpbb. You do have to make minor changes.
I am assuming you got phpbb installed and the mfbb backup imported to mysql.
There are a few settings in phpbb_config table that refer to domain and path, change those from the mfbb settings to your new domain.
The only other possible problem, that I can think of is themes. Set the default theme to subsilver and choose to over ride users themes.
