Heres My Website

When I Do The Link Thing to The Ranks I Put The Correct URL And Then /(The Image Name) mine is something like flashing bulbs...

Please Help It Shows Up With Group Icon And a picture of a cross :(

I got it working for you. The image path needs to be. I let the test one so you can see.
