on my board i have been getting someone comeing on and posting a paypal scam supposedly you give $10 and get $1000s anyway is there a way to get rid because he changed his ip

It's most liekly a spmabot or something. Put up a notice telling your user it's a scam and teh ban his ip. I don't know how fast it can change his ip, but just ban all of them (if they're not getting to many).

I'm not quite sure what else to do, so wait for a reply from Mr. Admin too, he'll be back on Monday.
