one of my members has contacted me to say that they cannot post messages they get the following error message come up i would appreciate an answer please

I really need more information to help you. I need to know the members user name and what they are trying to post. I am sure they are attempting to post a link of some sort but I cannot be sure without further information.
However, since you are having "yet another problem" and are regretting choosing this service I would prefer if you chose to move to another service rather than complain about your regretful choice. _________________ Please use the search function.
the user in question is trying to post a reply in the welcome section and gets the error message that she cannot post i have checked her details in the profile in the admin panel and cannot see anything wrong the username is BB _________________ Irene
