I have a couple of problems at the moment.
The main issue is, of course, the slowness of the servers due to the SYN attack reported in the news forum. I understand completely that there is not a lot you can do about stopping these attacks but it would be very helpful if I could report to my forum members exactly what the issue is and how long it is likely to go on for.
It would be helpful, in that regard, if you could put to up to date or dynamic news on the homepage (not the forum) as often that seems to be about as far into the site as I can go at the moment.
And considering how reliable the servers normally are, there should be no problem in having such news there.
The second issue I have is that I don't use this particular forum much but considering the recent problems I thought I'd better visit - I've lost members over the last week. It turns out that my proper login - 'Talksportforum' is just impossible to log into. I have had to open this new account to put a message up. I would love to contact the administrator but it isn't clear to me that how I do that. So I'm doing it here.
