Hey
Ever since we were moved over to the new, snazzy, shorter address - we've had a couple of members on our board that have had some not so snazzy problems accessing private parts of our board as well as staying logged in to our board in general.
I initially assumed, after reading through some troubleshooting posts on here that people simply needed to empty their temporary internet cache and cookies, blah, blah and then utilize the new shorter addy from this point forward - and just log in to access the private areas. Unfortunately this has not fixed the problem - and I have at least two members affected by this.
Does anybody have any clue why this is happening or what measures we can take to resolve the problem?
